Look after yourself not other people. You don’t need to do anything, other than what you need to get better.

  • Sleep
  • Scream at something
  • Count to ten
  • Say no
  • Have a long bath
  • Read a book
  • Eat nourishing food
  • Phone in sick
  • Go on a long walk
  • Meditate
  • Get out into nature
  • Do some exercise
  • Stay in your pjs
  • Meet friends
  • Hug someone
  • Ask for help
  • Stay in bed
  • Get out if bed
  • Listen to music
  • Drink tea
  • Eat something healthy
  • Do more exercise
  • Visit family
  • Call someone.

Don’t be self destructive. Don’t drink alcohol. Don’t spend money. None of this will make you feel better. Look after yourself. Be kind to yourself.
