- Listen to music
- Drink tea
- Eat something healthy
- Do more exercise
- Visit family
- Call someone.
Don’t be self destructive. Don’t drink alcohol. Don’t spend money. None of this will make you feel better. Look after yourself. Be kind to yourself.
