Our lives should not be on hold because of COVID. This pandemic isn’t going to disappear overnight and we all need to find new ways to keep ourselves happy and positive.
So maybe it’s time to start something new? You might have a little bit more time or space for something new in your life. Maybe you’ve always wanted to run a marathon, start training right now. Maybe it’s time to start a new hobby, knitting, crafting, writing, or even just reading more. Maybe you’ve always wanted to learn a new language or play a musical instrument. Maybe you want to get healthy and fit. Or maybe you want to meet new people. Stop putting off the things that you’ve always wanted to do. Now is the time to crack on!
Get yourself online and searching for that new thing that you want to do. Keep positive. Don’t spend the next few months feeling crappy and wallowing in the misery of lockdown. Use this time to develop yourself and your skills.
I’m getting myself super fit. I’m cooking new recipes. I’m walking loads. I’m reading loads. I’m trying to fit meditation in. I’m getting myself strong physically and mentally so that when the world opens up again I’ll hit the ground running to have a new adventure. I hope you’re doing the same!
