I work really hard to be awesome. When other people smile or laugh when you’ve done something lovely for them you get an enormous boost. For anyone with mental health issues it’s a great way to feel needed and fulfilled.
So go ahead do something awesome today. Read that children’s book with crazy voices, make someone a birthday cake, send a poem to someone you love, plan a surprise for a birthday, send someone a gift, invite someone for a new experience, give someone a hug, give a stranger your biggest smile and your biggest compliment, buy someone in need something to eat, give some money to charity, give your time to charity, spend time playing with children.
Be better. Go the extra mile. Make an impact. We only have one life, use it to be the best you.
